Looking for acoustic engineers

As the part of a process to expand the division, 18 Sound is looking for a new resource for the position of TRANSDUCER ENGINEER for its office in Reggio Emilia (Italy).
The candidate will be responsible for designing and the overall management of the prototype transducer and the production realisation, is able to work in a team, will have good interpersonal relations with customers, suppliers and internal resources and must have at least 3 years' experience in transducer designing and knowledge of typical measurement systems (Audio Precision, Clio, etc.).
The candidate must have the ability to manage performance, costs and issues tied to time-to-market.
Good knowledge of English is required as well as the ability to work on magnetic simulators and /or FEA acoustic simulators. The candidate will be required to travel within Italy and abroad to follow projects at the premises of customers and suppliers.
