Landi Renzo spa acquired A.E.B. srl

The strategic reason for the acquisition is AEB’s specialisation in high technology electronic applications for LPG and methane engines, with focus on the After Market sector.

Our new owners have decided to place strong emphasis on continuity with the past by leaving the internal structure of A.E.B virtually unaltered. Antonia Fiaccadori, who has already been performing a leadership role within the company for several years, has been appointed CEO.

Landi Renzo spa has confirmed its desire to develop the design and commercial capacities of each business unit, AEB Alternative Fuel Electronics, Eighteen Sound, Aquatronica and AEB Robotics, to adhere to their original mission to strive for excellence.
